Tina Turner: Deluxe Edition des Albums 'Foreign Affair'

„Foreign Affair“ war eines der größten Alben der 80er-Jahre und zeigte Tina Turner in Höchstform, wodurch sich ihre Position als The Queen of Rock ‘n Roll weiter festigte. Am 16. Juli erscheint eine Deluxe-Version des Albums, begleitet von Vinyl-, CD- und digitalen Versionen.

„Foreign Affair“ war Turners drittes Studioalbum seit ihrer sensationellen weltweiten Wiederauferstehung und folgte auf die gewaltigen Erfolge von „Private Dancer“ (1984), „Break Every Rule“ (1986) und ihre Hauptrolle in „Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome“ im Jahr 1985. Das Album erreichte weltweit mehrfachen Platin-Status, unter anderem in Großbritannien, Deutschland, der Schweiz, Kanada und Australien. Der größte Track des Albums war die 80er-Hymne „The Best“. Bis heute genießt sie Ikonenstatus und hat einen der bekanntesten Refrains der Musikgeschichte. Neben „The Best“ enthält das Album weitere Turner-Favoriten, darunter „Steamy Windows“, „I Don't Wanna Lose You“ und den Titelsong „Foreign Affair“.
